Abstract

Farmers Exchange Rate (NTP) Jambi Province in May 2018 amounted to 99.43 or decreased 0.11 percent compared to the previous month's NTP. The decrease in NTP due to the Farmer's Acceptable Price Index rose by 0.43 percent while the Paid Price Index of Farmers (Ib) rose by 0.54 percent.
In May 2018, NTP of Jambi Province for each subsector was recorded at 98.49 for the Food Crops Sub-sector (NTPP); 91.49 for Horticulture subsector (NTPH); 101.96 for the Subsector of Plantation Plantation (NTPR); 99.50 for Livestock sub-sector (NTPT) and 102.88 for Fisheries sub-sector (NTNP) consisting of Fishing Fish (NTN) of 110.56 and Aquaculture (NTPi) of 94.62.
Rural inflation in Jambi Province was recorded at 0.56 percent. Inflation occurred in seven groups of household consumption ie Foodstuffs group, Food, Soft, Tobacco, Housing group, Clothing group, Health group, Education, Recreation and Sports group and Transportation and Communications group.
Agricultural Household Trade Rate (NTUP) of Jambi Province in May 2018 was 108.37 or up 0.03 percent compared to NTUP in the previous month.
