Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (star occupancy rate) in January 2018 was 38.33 percent, lower than previous month's 51.61 percent.
Number of guests staying at star hotel in January 2018 as many as 33,013 people, while December 2017 as much as 38,137 people or down by 13.4 percent.
The ratio of foreign guests to domestic guests in January 2018 of 0.014. This means that out of 1000 guests staying in star hotels, there are 14 guests from overseas.
The average length of stay (overseas guests and domestic guests) at star hotel January 2018 is 1.63 days.
