In order to improve good public services at BPS- Statistics of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency and meet consumer data needs, this institution made innovation in the form of data requests via online chat (via WhatsApp and BBM) on workdays opened from 08.00-15.00 WIB. This service is expected to be able to answer the demands of changing times, where each government agency is able to make public services faster, easier, and cheaper.
